Can I order directly from Battenfeld Technologies as a retail customer?
Battenfeld Technologies’ line of hunting, shooting, reloading and gunsmithing products are sold by mail order distributors and "brick and mortar" stores throughout the United States. We also offer direct retail sales through our online store as a convenience for our customers.

How do I place an order?
You may shop online using our online catalog.

Can I place an order by telephone?
No. Retail sales are only available through our online store.

What methods of payment are available online?
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

Can I order by C.O.D. online?
No. We cannot accept COD orders. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

Can I shop online without a credit card?
No. In order to complete your order using our online store, you will need a MasterCard or Visa credit card.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales Tax will be added to the total price of your order if your billing address is in the State of Missouri or the address where you plan to ship the order is in the State of Missouri. If both addresses are located outside of the State of Missouri, no sales tax will be added.

What shipping options are available?
The following methods of shipment are currently available on our website: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air.

How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping an order depends on the size and weight of the order, and the destination it is being shipped to. Some items may incur an extra charge due to size and/or weight.

Can I have my order shipped to a Post Office Box?
No. At this time, we are only shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS) and UPS cannot deliver to Post Office box addresses.

Can I have an order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states. However, your shipping options are limited to the following: UPS Ground (additional air charge added), UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air.

Can I have an order shipped to an APO/FPO address?
Due to shipping restrictions, Battenfeld Technologies is not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you would like to receive our products we can ship to a stateside military base (or other address) that is not an APO/FPO address. If you have any questions, please contact our sales department.

Can I order online if I have an international address?
Because of the variety of regulations controlling international orders, our online store is not available to international customers. If you would like to purchase our products and do not live in the United States, please e-mail us at sales@battenfeldtechnologies.com, and we will do our best to locate an international dealer that will be able to help you.

How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel your order by contacting our sales department. Due to our normal turnaround time on processing and shipping orders, we strongly recommend canceling by telephone (877-509-9160).

Is there a warranty on Battenfeld Technology products?
All Battenfeld Technologies products are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from purchase. Defective products may be returned within the warranty period for repair or exchange, at our discretion.

How do I return an order?
If you want to return an item ordered from our online store (except closeout items), you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by either e-mailing us at sales@battenfeldtechnologies.com or call us at 877-509-9160. Once you have obtained your RA number, return your product, along with a copy of the invoice with the RA number written on it, to: Battenfeld Technologies, Inc. ATTN: Returns 5885 W. Van Horn Tavern Road Columbia, MO 65203.

Closeout items can not be returned.

Please ensure your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address are included on a note inside your return.

How do I obtain a refund on a returned product?
You may obtain a refund only on ITEMS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM BATTENFELD TECHNOLOGIES. To receive a refund, follow the return procedure above. Refunds will be for the cost of the item. Shipping is NOT refundable.

How do I know if my order was received?
When your order is processed, you will be sent an e-mail with the tracking number and total cost.

When will my order ship?
Orders are normally processed on the same day they are received, or the next business day, if received after hours.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
When your order is processed, we will e-mail you with the tracking number and total cost.

What if an item is not in stock?
We do not accept online orders for items not in stock. We do our best to keep our inventory levels accurate by updating our web site every 15 minutes; however, in some cases, we may be out of certain items in our warehouse even though the website allowed the order. Since it is our policy not to accept backorders on our website, any out of stock items will be removed from your order, and you will only be charged for items we are able to ship. If none of the items on your order are available, your order will be canceled and you will be notified.

Can I backorder items?
No. We do not accept backorders. Our online store does not process orders for items that are out of stock.

How do I track my order?
Once you receive your tracking number by e-mail, you can track your order on line by going to www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html. Please note that your tracking number will not be active in the UPS system until their trailer is unloaded and the packages are scanned at the local UPS facility.

I am looking for a specific stock that I do not see offered. Do you do custom work? Can I special order an item?
At this time, we are producing stocks for the Ruger 10/22©, Mauser 98, and Remington 700© rifles. We do not do any custom work. We do not accept special orders.

I am looking for a specific barrel that I do not see offered. Do you do custom work? Can I special order an item?
At this time, we are only producing barrels for the Series 2 and Series 3 Mausers, the Ruger 10/22© and 10/22 Magnum©, and Savage© rifles. We do not do any custom work. We do not accept special orders. We do offer barrel blanks, which a gunsmith can fit to most centerfire rifles.
