 Frankford Arsenal Super Annealing Machine
Extend your brass life and wildcat to your heart’s content with Frankford’s Super Annealing Machine. Frankford’s machine makes annealing simple and consistent, which
reduces work hardening and resulting neck splitting, giving your brass a much longer life. Cartridge wildcatters often anneal cases after forming to relieve any stress they have
put into the brass.
The top plate of the Super Annealing Machine holds empty cartridge cases and rotates, moving each case through flame provided by one or two propane cylinders (special
right angle burners are supplied; propane cylinders are not.) Rotational speed is controlled by a rheostat for precise speed control whether you’re annealing .17 Mach IV or
.458 Lott. The machine is powered by two D-cell batteries (not supplied) so it can be used outside or in a well-ventilated garage. A universal cartridge-holding top plate is
supplied.
- Universal top plate accepts cartridge cases as large as belted/beltless magnums
- Anneals over 700 .223 cases per hour
- Speed-adjustable motor for precise control
- 1 right-angle burner is supplied
- Will accommodate second right-angle burner (not supplied)
- Battery powered so that it can run anywhere
- One set of batteries will run for more than 24 hours
